Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter has responsibility and authority for coordinating activities associated with remodeling projects, taking a project from contract to close. The Lead Carpenter is responsible for day-to-day on-site project management including: client relations, change management, project schedule and trade contractor/vendor coordination. The Lead Carpenter also brings advanced carpentry and other remodeling skills to the project. Candidates should have extensive carpentry experience as well as an excellent understanding of all phases of residential remodeling projects. Industry certifications are a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key player in a growing company.

Carpenter

The Carpenter provides skilled labor for residential remodeling projects in support of carpentry and other remodeling activities. Carpenters of all skill levels are encouraged to apply. Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience. Above all, candidates should have an excellent attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to communicate with clients and other tradesmen in a professional and positive manner.
